Hi, this is one of about 6 cellphone shots I took indoors at night with incandescent light and they all got this tint*. Primarily I'm trying to understand how to walk it back to your basic, dirty white shipping label on a basic dirty cardboard shipping carton. Thanks for helping me understand this!

Are you asking how to "unblue" the pictures after the fact? Or how to acquire pictures in the future that won't be blue?
If it's the second one, I would suggest finding out what your phone offers for white balance settings for the camera.
Solved. I used a filter in my Thumbs+ called "Semi-Sepia Tone" and that did it.
