Generate .cdr using API

Hello guys,

I have a problem. I´m working in a oil and gas cia and we have a lot of images and informations into datatabe and I need to generate table with images and datas into .cdr to my customer edit.

Is there any API in java, python or any language to draw and put these informations into .cdr ?
