When I reply to any question/comments the majority of the time I don't need notified when someone else comments. Both my phone and home email gets flooded. Maybe the notifications should only be via the forum itself instead of email too. Yes, I know I can uncheck the option but the default should really be unchecked as I forget half the time. Especially since it's not in view while typing this. It's only after scrolling down that I see it.
Go to your profile (top right corner), under Settings / Notificacions, choose the options you want
