Issue Exporting to EPS. Only exports part of the design

Hello All,

We used to use X6 and exporting to EPS without issue. However we have recently upgraded to X8 on a windows 10 PC and after installing, when we import a file it only imports part of it and not the design I've selected.

I've been running tests and tried multiple different options and have now run out of all ideas. I've reinstalled 3 times and still the issue persists.

I have uploaded a pdf of what the design should look like and the EPS export of it. (this is just a test design).

I have also uploaded screen shots of the settings i have set on the EPS export.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
