Can't open CorelDRAW x8. Condition #5000

Says no fonts. Next screen CorelDraw X8 Condition #5000-E:/BLD/CDGS-DC-JOB1/SRC/APPS/VGCORE...
Never opens - shuts down. Any suggestions? I've already tried uninstalling and reinstalling? I am running Windows 10.

Can you attach some screen captures of what you're seeing? Hard to visualize it from this post.

I have tried repairing, uninstalling, reinstalling. I have also tried installing from a CD and installing from a download. I get the same problem opening Photopaint but the app will open and won't crash until I try to access type.

Hold F8
Start Font Manager (don't let go of F8 yet)
Now a dialog will show that let's you reset the application settings and the font database. Ensure both are checked.
Let the app start and let the font indexing get to 100%
Start DRAW...does it launch now?
