Condition #5000-E:/BLD/CDGS-DC-JOB2/SRC/APPS/VGCORE/CDRCORE/DRAWLIBAPP-1174

Hi there,

today my corel draw says that something goes wrong with my fonts, then pop a warning windows that says that there was an unexpected condition. The title on the waring windows is: "CorelDRAW Home & Student X8 Condition #5000-E:/BLD/CDGS-DC-JOB2/SRC/APPS/VGCORE/CDRCORE/DRAWLIBAPP-1174"

Then crashes.

In other thread I've read that it is possible to use F8 to overwrite some config, but after using F8 and overwrite my config, nothing changes.

I use that for my school work and I cannot proceed... can anyone help me please?

Run the F8 Factory Reset on Corel Font Manager and CorelDRAW. Test.

No way, there isn't a font manager program, just a "fontManager Service".
Try to "restoredatabase" but nothing changes, Draw still crashes ;(

I don't think this is related to font. I think it is something else. I don't think this is technically a CorelDRAW error code. We never show up errors like that. This is some kind of system error. I tried to look it up on the web.

Is it unclear where this is coming from but it seems it could be related to the network. You could try launching draw without being connected to the internet and see what happens.... or vice versa.

I've seen mention of windows defender... perhaps windows defender is preventing you from starting it... but then maybe it is because you actually have a virus that infected CorelDRAW.

Hard to tell. Let us know if you find anything.
