Does CorelDraw have a ruler tool?

Hi, I want to measure the height of an object and to my complete amazement there is no ruler in the toolbox.

ruler??? hello??
I'm not talking about the ruler at the edge of the page. I'm talking about a ruler, like in Photoshop? Or,, just a ruler like we had on our desk at school.
Does anyone know anything about this please?
