Recently my jpeg exports have been automatically saving with the extension .JPG instead of .jpg. And I can't do a rename of the file and change it. Sometimes if I try it a second or third time it will correct itself, so I don't think I inadvertently changed a setting. For most files it doesn't matter but for my website if I change one of the existing jpegs I need to also retype the html because it doesn't recognize .JPG as the same thing as .jpg. What could be causing this?
