I have a problem in Corel Draw & Photo-Paint 2018 that none of the check boxes in the settings menus such as for preferences and work space or for printing work properly. I can click on the boxes and it seems to do what it's supposed to, but no checkmark appears in the box and it is not saved for next time. (The problem appeared as soon as the trial was installed, so it's not a matter of repair install, cleaning temp file, etc. I'm on Windows 10 and haven't had that issue with any previous versions.)
Is this in the Corel print dialog or after you click preferences?
None of the checkboxes in Corel 2018 anywhere are working - preferences, printing, or anything.
I'm assuming that this not the home/student version and if that's the case I've not seen this and can only recommend that you contact support while it's free.
No, it's the full trial version. I've contacted support but so far they've only offered simple fixes that don't work.
I have no solution except to launch the program make sure you're logged on to your Corel account and then close the program and uninstall, make sure you remove the user files. Reboot and check Corel app folders and remove the CorelDRAW folders, then install and when you launch hold F8 and reset to default setting and try to print before any customizations.
