Hi. Is there a way to make a macro to seperate objects to seperate layers? It seems that corel already recognized that the objects are different. (but iam not experience in making macros)
This is the corel draw 2018 file as an example:www.dropbox.com/.../Testfile_seperating_to_different_layers.cdr
I can write such a macro. I need to know according to which parameters the figures should be assigned to one or another layer. For example: fill color, outline color, outline thickness, layout position, etc.? And I also need to know whether the layers have already been created in advance, or do I need to create new ones?SincerelyTaras
Fill colour, outline colour, outline thickness.. this can be different at any file. But the objects are already kinf of sorted. It always looks like shown in my screenshot. There are two types of objects. At one point (in the list of all vectors) there is only one type of objects anymore. And this is the "cut" where it needs to be seperated. Not sure if's possible to program such an "intelligent" macro that detects when there are only the same type of objects in the sequence? At the moment iam using an external "select same" addon. Works good. I can easily select objects with the same infill colour for example. (easier for me then using the build-in corel draw function)But for the last 15 years I always need to find the "point" where I need to put things on two separate layers by hand. It would help me a lot to let this beeing done automatically. (background info.. I need to seperate the holes (which needs to be send to a cnc cutting machine) from the text (which needs to be sent to a printing machine).
