When I double click Corel Draw, it shows the green splash picture, shows "Starting User Interface..." and then it just disappears. No crash, no nothing. It just disappears and doesn't open the program.
Same with Corel Photo-Paint and Corel Font Manager.
Curiously, when I try to open a CDR file with CorelDraw, then it opens without problem. In a similar way, when I try to open, let's say, a PNG file with Photo-Painter, the program opens. But Photo-Painter does not load the file. It opens the workspace empty and I have to open the file "again" (or drag and drop it). Corel Draw DOES open the file when summoned from Open with...
I also have Corel Graphics suite X7 installed and it is working with no problem
This is as far as I get when opening the program directly:

Hi!This issue also happened to me after importing my 2018 workspace.Have you done this too?I uninstalled and created a new workspace from scratch.
I don't remember seeing an option about this during the install process. If you mean importing the workspace from inside Corel Draw 2019, then it is not my case because the program never opened correctly since the first time I tried to run it, so I haven't been able to import the workspace that way.
The option is there, in the installer. You did not see it before due to the fact that the CGS was not yet installed, therefore, not detected.
I had already installed Corel Graphic Suite X7 (but without Photo Paint), so then maybe it is possible the option appeared and I marked it, I'm not sure now.Corel Draw X7 is still working correctly, btw.
OK, that's strange.I imported my workspace from inside CD. Then it stopped opening. Discussing with Corel techs with this subject. But in my case, CorelDRAW opened but not PhotoPAINT. PP simply had the splash logo then nothing. Even when trying windows option 'OPEN WITH'.Will wait for reply from Corel techs.
