Which version of CDGS for Windows10 was the best ? I am interested in a DRAW version with the least amount of bugs or other aggravations. I am not concerned with the latest in new tools.

I purchased 2019 due to upgrades ending, and I find that right from of the start there are issues with it that need to be fixed or at least explained. The worst of which is the x and y positioning being off. I know it sounds minor but if you use them consistently it can be a big issue.
There are cool features built into 2019 that if it gets fixed will make it a potential winner, but they are not there yet.
So for right now for stability, I would recommend 2018 or even x7. Both of these have worked well for me and would probably for you!

Can you explain a little more what is the problem? the coordinates were never exact in other versions either and I do not remember that there were problems
