How to transfer Corel Draw to a new computer

While connected to the internet, on the old computer, run the CorelDRAW installer and select Remove. This will upgrade Corel's database on what computer your CorelDRAW Graphics Suite is installed.

Then install the Graphics Suite on your new computer, in the usual way. Be sure to sign in to your Corel account, during the installation/start-up to properly record your registration.
