I recently quit Corel X8 and went to Corel 2019, I often need to export large files, facades, tarps, 3 meter, 5 meter, 10 meter files, in Corel X8 I exported in TIFF normally, just lowering the resolution so that the file would be At the correct size, now in Corel 2019 when selecting TIFF and trying to export a 300 x 80 cm file for example, it gets 254x70 cm even at low resolutions, I am forced to open photoshop to adjust to the correct size.

As Ronny said, there's a limit of 30.000 pixeles, but it's not about CorelDRAW, it's about the TIF file format (and it also happens with JPG file format). You'll have the same limit with Photoshop or any other program. Have you enabled the "maintain original size" option? you can choose pixels as units and set to 29.000 for example,
Ariel this is one of the most serious lacking in CorelDRAW users, a complete lack of understanding of the basics. File formats and their base limtations, postscript and the GDI and their limitations as well as basic color management.
