Hi. I just recently bought eCut 6 and went thru so many hoops to get this thing installed and activated. Has anyone else run into issues like this where there are false trojan warnings and blocked .ru site server access??
Hello, this customer was assisted directly on the same day. The first line of support is us. We've been selling this item for over 10 years, and have never seen anything like what he experienced. For some reason this person's user profile was especially restricted by his IT dept.
We have an offline registration method which he ended up using. It was intended for systems that are not connected to any network. In any case, all is well - as we take of our customers.
