Text within the shape
Text When converted to curves.
I need to convert to curves so that I can resize it and I don't have to keep manipulating the text size to accommodate the new size. It also helps keep the words from moving around when editing or moving the graphic for different things.
What's going on here? Is there anything I can do to fix it?
I don't know what's going on, but I know I have seen other reports of weird behavior when fitting Paragraph text to non-rectangular frames. In this case, it has the additional complication that the "0" is a curve with a "hole" in it.
As a workaround for "freezing" that text, you might try "printing" from CorelDRAW into a format that you can then import back into CorelDRAW.
I tried doing that by using "Device Independent PostScript File" as the printer, and the resulting file produced good results when imported back into CorelDRAW.
Yeah I was thinking the hole in the 0 might be the source of the issue. I've done this years prior for names within the numbers of the year but this is a different font. So maybe that's all it is.
That's a great idea though, thanks!
Looks like that worked just fine. Thanks again!
Hey, I'm glad that worked for you!
That trick takes advantage of the fact that, for the most part, CorelDRAW gets things visually correct when printing.
