Hi everyone,
I'm running CorelDraw 22.1.1.523 on a MacBook Pro 2.9 GHz Dual-Core Intel Core i5 and it's slow and sluggish.
If I look at the Activity Monitor I can see a process called InterprocessController whose parent process is CorelDraw 2020 running high.
Has anyone seen this before
thanks in advance
Marcus
Corel Support recommend resetting CorelDraw. You hold down Shift when starting the app and you're asked if you want to reset. This did not make any difference so I have reverted back to CorelDraw 2019, which runs fine, with the InterprocessController running at 1%.I wonder if support read this?
They have very hollowgramatic Dr Lanning issues in support. "My responses are limited, you need to ask the right question."
Unless you are asking "what key is used to get a magnifier glass" then you are asking too much.
The only way you are going to prove the issue is get another Mac that is similar and has a clean OS and load on Draw and check if it happens on a clean system. You are going to need to confirm the bug. You have to work out that this isn't some software or hardware interaction that is specific to you.
