CD2022 - Flash screen comes up says initializing user interface... after about 20 seconds flash screen disappears and nothing.
usually the message on flash screen changes from initializing user interface to loading user settings to finally - creating application environment
then it opens and all is good.
At the moment it just show initializing user interface and crashes after about 20 seconds
Was working fine last Friday.
I have tried pressing F8 while starting, asks if I want to overwrite workspace but same result
CDraw 21, 2020, 2019 all start fine.
I can continue to work in CDraw2021, but some of the files I need are in 2022 format.
Any ideas or help most welcome.
I forgot to add setup

Hi Steve,
i got the same error today.
If I start Coreldraw with Admin Privilegs, an window for registering at corel opens, but an error occures.
I'm having this trouble with CorelDraw X8
Ich habe genau dasselbe Problem.
THe reply from support was :• Go to Start• Click Run• Type %appdata% and press Enter• Open the Corel folder• Right-click the Database and choose Rename• Change the name to Database.old• Hold down the F8 key on the keyboard.• With the F8 key depressed, launch Corel Font Manager.• The following message will appear:• Are you sure you want to overwrite the workspace with the factory defaults?• Click Yes and release the F8 key. to do that quicker, run %appdata%\corel
and change that database directory to another name (you will have to do that each time after you use corelfontmanager).
