Still have display issues! The selected in the screen grab is a text box with text in it.
Cont W, next page and back, scrolling the screen to cause a redraw... nothing seems to get the text to display except reopening the file. Which would be OK for a one off issue but not when it is so persistent.
It's making a joke of my time every time I use the beastly thing! And that is the most recent version with all updates.
I feel your pain. I've been a user since CorelDraw 9...I think, now using March 2023 release, with multiple computers over the years too.
I've always had unexpected display issues, freezes, cursor disappearing, etc., especially when working zoomed into an area and using the node select tools. I've come to realize that it's just an unstable software product. Remember to save often because we have to restart when we least expect it.

Well... the most stable software I use has either a single developer or a developer that have been with a team from the outset and is personally committed. The iterations in such software are regular and focused on quality.
But here's the thing. I paid the $500 for the subscription and over a year I could have paid anyone here to do the bit of stuff I've done during those 12 months and it would have cost <$500.
When the computer became bootless and I have to resort of the emergency box, I've used only Open Source on that box because who could be asked with the licensing rot of multiple bits of software.
I don't know who came up with the current licensing model but it is a fail. Too much for too little when I can buy more from Adobe for less and more on many levels for nothing using Open Source.
Even as a diehard user from version 1.0 with that level of easy of use from years of experience, the value proposition don't exist any longer. Lack of a focus on high paid professional work makes it irrational to justify.
It's a modern world! Have you used the new remove tool from Adobe?
