i understand the Fix is UNINSTALL Corel, then RELOAD Program, Then UPDATE to V 25.1.0.269. ( Remove, Reload, Run Update )
Hi RESTAN,What OS are you on? Where are you getting this message from? Could you share a video or screenshot?Curious to know where you got that info. Was it from Tech Support? If so, would you be able to share the ticket ID? What is your SN prefix?
This was an "in-house" fix ( our org. dept. ). This error was happening in Win 11 Pro (for workstation on a Dell ) No trouble ticket, no INFO not fr Corel Tech Support.
