How can I convert powerclipped vector object to editable object? I don't want to edit contents but change the whole thing to normal object....so that powerclip feature "goes away..." but powerclipped effects stays.

select the powerclip with the secondary mouse button and choose "extract contents"
i have poweclipped a group of simple lines....approx. 40 lines which are thin square boxes, with a curved object.
If I do the "extract content".....powerclip effect disappears > boxes go over lines.
I guess I have to form the shape by clipping those boxes in a group or individually...

Yes, this is he best answer
...nice video!
I did it something like that (using front minus back...)....intersect would have been better.
But in that case you don't use powerclip at all....it would be nice if there'd be "convert powerclip to object" or something....

Hi Valmela,
There is another way. but a lil longer one.
Here is how to accomplish that

Thanks a lot Aleem!
Good to know that trick. Video worked better as a link. Well it works also in forums, easier to watch when separated.
