Hi all !
I think I'm not the first one to have this kind of problem. If someone could help me !
In X4 since today, while exporting my work as a JPG file, the export doesn't work at all when I want to create for example a 300ppp JPG file ! A size of 1x1 px is automatically shown and I just can't export high res JPG as I always do.
As a result, the JPG is never created, it only works when I am putting resolution lower and lower...
What's the problem ? How can I fix this ?
THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP !...

Thanks for the test Ariel.
Well Jeff, thanks too, but I always use too Ctrl+E export function in order to choose the dimensions I want...
This morning I tried to control my values manually in the Export panel, switching off the proportions and size boxes. The default values for width and height (in pixels) are always strangely 1x1.
When I enter low % values, manually, there's apparently no problem and the export is done... Here, 25% width and 25% height.
Then, when I enter higher values in % for the size of my export, like 40%, the "file size" indicator below show me non-sense values, and when I click "OK" fort exporting, there is no result, no file created, absolutely nothing.
That was the manual test. When I want to keep the proportions of the image, I switch on the little box, and then... The % are completely insane (here 1130% height for only 40% large), and the value in pixel is also completely wrong, for the height. And of course, the export doesn't work.
I tried to be as clear as possible, I know it's a quite strange bug/problem.
Thanks for paying attention. Best regards.
I do the test, on pixels as you, and was correct since the first time. I haven't find anything wrong. Try this: change units to other options, such as mm or cm. If the size is correct, export again and choose pixels.
Thanks. I've just done the test, when I choose mm or cm, the export works, even with a big image.
For example, with the work i sent to you, I exported a 210mm large image (which is 2480 pixels large) and the result is ok.
Conclusion : with cm or mm, it seems to be solved and I can export quite large images.
But when I export again and only choose pixel, it doesn't work. Strange, I know... :)
Conclusion : the problem is precisely focused on the pixel unit export.
Regards
Well, at least we find the problem and a possible workaround. Now, try other options, such as:
Ok, it's a good step.
I have to go now, I'll try your options this evening and I'll tell you asap.
Thanks and have a nice week-end.

Ariel, after testing :
The problem apparently still remains focused on "large" pixel image export...
