I was working on Corel X4. I was using bickham font. After my design was done i did convert to curves but the whole font sort off just distorted completely. Can anyone please help me with that??

Did the distortion happen immediately you converted to curves, or has this happened some time later?

Fairly likely to be a font-specific problem in that case.
A method that sometimes works is to change the size of the font before converting to curves. If that works, you can change the size back afterwards.
If that doesn't work, then -- more clumsy but worth a try -- print (as selected objects) to the Device Independent Postscript printer with the convert to curves option set in the print dialogue. You might then be able to import the print file in place of the originals.

I still can't make it happen, at least with the full character set. I didn't insert any of the special characters.
Worth noting that the Bickham Script Pro I have is the *otf version, not *ttf. But when I convert to curves and then align a text example with a curves example, the two match exactly.
