CorelDRAW Suite requires a minimum of Windows XP SP3, and you said that you have XP-SP2. You will need to have .NET 3.5 installed, also. Both of those (Win XP Service Pack 3 and .Net version 3.5) are available from Microsoft's Windows Update.
dear johnson
i already installed these update (xp sp3 & .Net 3.5 sp1). but i have problem.
thank sharon
my default browser is "Fire fox". my disk space now is 15gigabyte free. I was doing your suggestion, but I have exactly the same problem.
pleas read the link that exist in my question. help me please!
Parsa, have you tried the steps mentioned in the other thread? Specifically, the registering of the .dlls? It's partway down the thread, on page 3. http://community.coreldraw.com/forums/t/3868.aspx?PageIndex=3.
Sharon
yes sharon.. i tried that, but it doesn't any benefit.
Thank you Parsa, I just thought I would check.
Can you think of anything else that may have changed on the system recently? You mentioned you updated the system - would this include installing Windows Updates? It sounds as if you were able to previously install CorelDRAW Graphics Suite X4 without this problem occurring. Any details that you may have would be helpful.
Also, if I understand correctly, this issue is also occurring with Corel Visual Studio?
Dear sharon, please view follow screen shot, it showing to you which programs was added recently.
Please Help me my friends!
Parsa, can you please indicate if you have any add-ons or extensions enabled in FireFox? Can you try using Internet Explorer as your default browser?
Any additional information that you may have with regards to recent changes on the system would be helpful.
Addtionally, try reseting the browser settings in Internet Explorer. There could be settings or Add-ons in Internet Explorer (even when it is not the default browser) that could be affecting the installers. Sharon
