Have discovered a new issue with X5 Recently have begun missing parts of print out. Tried to duplicate but appears completely random.
Output to both Full colour laser and Wide Format printers will miss either text or part of objects. Today printed the text but not the text effects. Initially closed and reopened, rebooted, However this has become a now daily feature so regardless tried reprint from the same screen so next print has everything included.
Very costly and time consuming - print preview shows all correct but output is not the same.
Running Win 7 64bit 8GB Ram
I have had the same problem but with my laser engraver. Every once in a while it will miss part of some text. It hasn't happened enough to see any kind of a pattern and when I send just the missing text to engrave again it has always worked. The files I have seen this on are used quite often, I'll have to make some notes next time it happens to see if there is a pattern.

Thanks Gary. It has started for us in the last 3 weeks and I have taken note, but there is absolutely no pattern, Can be for signage with text only through to complex vectors and effects. Try to duplicate but the same file next time will be ok.
Did you tried something simple (we could call it stupid) - group all u need to print into one big group?
Grouping may work for some people but the drawing I use for this particular customer has 15 pages and multiple layers per page that allow me to laser with various options for the particular part I am marking. Grouping would move things to layers that may need to be turned off for other parts.
It truly is random for me, it goes for hundreds or thousands of parts without a problem and then all of a sudden there will be 3 or 4 in the current batch of 100 parts that are missing something. It is always on the same layer but never the same place on the page.
The hardest glitches to resolve are intermittent, random glitches. Duplicate the problem consistently and it's an easy fix.
This is a non-postscript device correct?
