When creating a tile to make a seamless pattern can someone please explain to me how I can accuratley place an ornament in the four corners so that when the pattern is applied as a fill everything matches together perfectly.
Create a square outline and pattern piece. Get the dimensions of the pattern and divide in half and use those new numbers to place the pattern exactly in the corner. Then:
Ooo thank you..........I will create a pattern fill with the sqare when I have the motives correctly in the corners...... didn't know how to go about getting them positioned accurately
