Default text angle?

How is the default angle of the Text tool set (in CorelDraw X5)? Somehow I have set mine to 270 degree. I always have to change back to 0.

    Thanks for the responses. This silly thing is still not cooperating.

    "Save settings as default" does not seem to save that. Unless I'm doing something wrong.

    Ctrl + , only changes the presently selected text to 0 degrees. The first time after I click elsewhere with the Text tool it is at 0 degrees. But then it defaults back to 270 for all subsequent uses.
