Hello All,

The Ellipse tool..........
HI.
Here's a little vid.
Things you might not be able to see in video:
-Right click to enable copy mode when dragging shapes
-Right click drag circles to container shape to powerclip inside.
-Ctrl - D to duplicate continuously

Thanks for your suggestions. I was able to create and duplicate the dots but I am unable to powerclip them into the existing tie.
Love the suggestion about the full pattern fill I can use this in the future but I don't see where I can select dots and change the color. Is this possible?

THANK YOU so much Graewerld and Foster Coburn!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Now that I was able to create the dots is it possible to print for screen printing? The colors in the tie are not included on the color separations for the colors they represent.
Never mind...user error (which will happen often since I am new to this software). I was able to powerclip the dots inside. Thanks for your assistance everyone!!!!
