Can anyone please give me a solution to my problem? Please watch the video at this link > http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8_kArImypjQ&feature=youtu.be
After I updated to the latest service pack my windows got all funny and this was happening on my home laptop also in X5, first I looked on the internet people were saying that my laptop battery is doing that. But now the X6 is installed on my work computer and which is a desktop PC and the same thing happens here.
Does anyone know why it is happening?
Thank you in advance.
I've no idea what that is and to happen both in X5 and X6 on two substantially different machines makes it even stranger.
Unless they both happen to have graphics cards using the same driver, I would look for the possibility that there is some software you have on both machines. Something which most people do not have -- it could be a CorelDraw macro, or a completely different program that might be affecting the screen display. Or a virus?
Do you still have the same problem if you start CorelDraw on its own, straight after a reboot?
My home laptop has an integrated ATI Expess video card, and at work I have a GeForce card, two different cards.
At home I have windows 7 x32 at work I have windows 7 x64
I have almost the same software installed on both.
At the present moment I run: Trillian, Dropbox, Adobe Reader XI, NOD32 Antivirus, DNSCrypt.
The applications that run on both machines are Trillian, Dropbox, CorelDraw x6, And Odesk TeamView
Its strange that only after update makes this wobbling thing, and at work because I have 6GB of ram it takes less time to stabilize, at home it could take even up to 2 - 3 minutes for the window to stabilize.

I think we are going to have to wait for other users of those other programs to see if anybody has seen anything similar. Though unless they install as services or have autostart components, they should not affect anything if they have not been used since the last reboot.
Update
One more thing. I see that the dialog acts like that only on Open, Import,Export, Save As however when I select Publish to PDF the window opens normally.
Hello David; To me it looks like the Refresh of the video, What I've seen it's the video ram that's been doing it.
My Thoughts George
Hi
Do you have any Idea how can I fix it? Do you think an update of the video drivers would fix this?
If it is happening on two machines with two different makes of video cards, it seems unlikely that the problem is due to either video software or hardware.
The problem has got to be either due to one of those other programs that are on both machines, a macro or to missing windows updates.
I would start by reinstalling the latest update of .net 4.x and also doing a windows update (custom not express) and looking particularly at anything that it describes as an "optional" update which would not happen automatically.

Hi,
Are you using Classic Windows Theme? Many users have weird stuff happening with Classic Windows theme. Try switching to any other theme and see if you can replicate the flickering.
Thank you for your reply I have found out in the mean time :)) that the classic style is to blame
Thank you all for your support
ITS FINALY FIXED
For those who have the same problem - the fix is activating the Aero theme and using that. Case closed
Dear Pratik
I have been suffering this problem for over a year with CorelDraw X6. It happens with Save As, Import etc. etc. I finally got round it by importing or opening files using Connect Docker. However you have given me an instant and permanent fix. I was using Windows Classic THeme, I changed to Aero as you suggested and problem solved.
Over the last year I have been told on various forums including Corel, change my video card from NVidia 8800GT! An expensive fix if I had followed it. Dont you think Corel should be more practive to save their users significant sums of money?
Once again thank you for a simple but spot on fix!
