Dear CorelDraw12:
I am at work using CorelDraw12 on a daily basis. I am making up a 60 page price book and copying and pasting the data from a last year 60 page price book (both done in CorelDraw12)
After about 1 to 2 hours of producing, I get the infamous COREL Application Recovery sign: APPLICATION IS UNSTABLE!...then it all closes down and CRASHES! Why is this happening?
Thanks,
Gary

What is size of your CDR file? Are images in the book, or text only?
Hi Jeff:
Thanks, All 60 pages have both images and text
How large is your files size?
Hi Hugh:
I forgot to mention my filesize before...sorry.
The 60 page doc in question is 133MB (last year's book) and the new book is 115MB. It all works just fine while producing spread after spead then after about 1 to 2 hours, The GRAY BOX COREL ARM shows up, closes down. Maybe I just don't have enough memery? I am on Windows XP, 2.66Ghz, 250GB, 2006 computer.
Thanks for your help
It's not a matter of RAM memory, it's about of free system resources. Perhaps you have a lot of memory but some programs (antivirus, for example) can use a big part.
You can dsable the Corel ARM under Tools/options, but this is not the origin, it's only an alarm. You must check your system, clean up you hard disk, delete temporary files, etc. Some programs can be useful, such as Ccleaner (you can download it for free from ccleaner.com)

How much RAM do you have?
Jeff:
Thanks for asking. I have 3.25 GB of RAM Loaded with Adobe CS and CorelDraw12 and that's all.
