hello all,
first, let me say I am amazed at all of the fantastic art work you guys have made. I could spend all day in awe in the galleries!
Now onto my query... I would like to make curved tire tracks. Forgive me, as I classify myself as a novice. More specifically, I would like to create an "s-curve" which falls to the horizon line with the tread of a tire visible.
I've attempted to import a fill of a tire tread into a curved line, but that doesnt work out the way I want.
Frustrating as it is, I know it can be done. what am i missing?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Pinto, theres always more than one way to do things in Draw, one is this Blend along Path, apply Envelope if needed, less than 5 minutes, another way can be to create an Artistic Media Brush, but that's Jeffs department, to see some patterns, make an Image search on the net, to have some references and Draw your pattern.
And here's a Tire Track from a Google search.
Good Luck!
