I work for a small sportswear shop. Our computer crashed and because of that we have to reload our CorelDRAW Graphics Sutie 12 but ran into the problem of not having the serial number on file. When contacting online support for Corel, they said it's out of date and no longer have support for version 12, to look at the new versions. Is there any way to find the serial number? I'm completely lost, anyone able to help me out or are we going to have to buy the newest version?
Hi.
Did you format your computer? If not the serial should be somewhere in the registry.
Did you have a backup? If so you can retrieve the serial from the registry or a file.
Do you have your box? It should be included in it.

Hello Susquehanna; Also Look on the sleeve the CD came in.

There's files on the computer from a back up but it wants to reinstal using the disks where I'm prompted to enter the serial number. I will have to look into the registry. I'm not the greatest with computers or programs but the bosses are worse so I got put in charge of handling this. They don't have the box or paper work anymore, just the white protectant sleeves the cds came in but no information is written on them.
If you registered your CorelDRAW Graphics Suite with Corel, you should have a logon account and once you logon, you can see what your serial number for CGS Ver. 12 is (or was at the time of registration). However, if you did not register with Corel.......
