if you have something selected and you press the minus key on the numberpad, you get a copy and paste of your selection. Unfrotunatly, I do not see a place to change this ANYWHERE under customization.

What are you expecting to happen? I am using X3 and X4, and nothing happens. As Ariel states above the Plus(+) key duplicates. Perhaps you have a corrupt work space. Can be reset by holding down the F8 key on Corel Start up. You will loose any custom settings if you do this.
I would like to use ctrl+plus to run another macro.
Hmm, Appears the + key on the Numeric Keypad is hardwire duplicate. Only option I can think of is to use Ctrl+Shif+ (the QWERTY keyboard version). Or perhaps Alt++
