I have been using Corel Draw 12 for a year without any problem, however recently I did a Norton antivirus installation and now I can't open the program. When I click Corel Draw from the computer desktop, appeared a message which says unable to create a DOM document. Class no registered. Verify that MSXML4 is installed. I really don't know what to do. I contacted Norton and they were working to fix the problem and they can't. They suggested to contact Corel.
Please provide assistance on this.
The Corel Knowledge Base has details on this and how to fix.

I want to know how secure is the download installation of the MSXML 4? I have Norton Antivirus program.
I have been trying the download installation but I don't know which one I need to install. My computer is a Window XP.
I really need a quick assistance on this matter. I am trying to find solutions throughout Norton and they worked up to they can, however from Corel draw the assistance is too slow. I can't continue holding the designs that I need to work with.
Complete information was at the link I provided earlier. This is a Microsoft problem-not Corel-not Norton. You need to install the msxml.msi file at the location provided in the Knowledge Base Article. There are complete instructions there.
