text effect used

see attached, I made it in photo-paint x4.  I use plastic effect on white text.

check the layers.

If you are using CorelDRAW 2019 you can do the same thing in Draw, with the new Non-Destructive effects, (and you don't need to edit the effects in photo-paint).

1. type the text
2. copy to clipboard
3. apply Effects>Texture>Plastic
4. paste text, fill with blue, put it into transparency mode, choose Logical OR merge mode
5. select original text and apply extreme blue drop shadow effect
