Hi
I work for a large company with several business units. All other units use Indesign and ask me to send them templates and original artwork from which they can create their own marketing communications.
My question is - is there a way to make CorelDRAW files compatible with Indesign?
Andrew
Logos, for placement, certain templates, entire pages for placement yes. Fully editable documents no.
Thanks for your answers guys,
This is a tricky situation as I am not an Indesign user myself, and the person who I am making the templates for is new to Indesign.
I have tried saving a CorelDRAW file as an EPS, but fountain fills don't work well this way. And I was told that by the new Indesign user that she could not open PDF files with Indesign.
I might end up getting an old copy of Indesign to recreate the files.

“Open”, no. “Place”, which is InDesign-speak for import, yes. But they will remain images in InDesign: can be resized, flipped moved around, etc., but not edited.
