But depending on your goal, CorelDRAW's results could look like the below. I used the commercial axonometric to speed up the process.
Corel DRAW is not a 3D application. You can draw a 2D drawing that looks 3D, but it is not a 3D scene as those created by a 3D application. If you want to work on a 3D stage, you can download and use Blender. It is a 3D application and it is free.

about 10 years ago I made this in a 3D App: Easier to change lighting and also angle of view.
