Google Images and Corel

Does anyone know if it's possible to remove the white background of a google image? I have my corel draw creation, and when I copy/paste a google image, you can see the white background of the image.

  • If the image is a JPG, it will have always a background, white or other color. If the image has a transparent background (such as PNG, TIF, etc) CorelDRAW will maintain this transparent backgroun, But, instead to copy/paste (using the Windows clipboard), download the image an go to File menu/import

anyway, if the image has a white background you could remove it: after import the image on CorelDRAW, edit it (using Corel Photopaint), press the w key for use the magic wand tool, select the background, inverrt mask (Ctrl+Shift+I), then close and save the file, that will return to CorelDRAW without background
