I was thinking of upgrading from 12 to X3 or to wait on the next version. I was wondering - How much difference is there in 12 and x3?
ThanksKimberly
I think one could do without X3. X3 is VERY stable and has a couple of improvements built in. There's a help docker, improvements to text behaviour, Trace is now integrated and offers more possibilities, the scroll bars behave much better and some other stuff, but IMHO, 12 works fine also. PPaint was barely touched and on the whole, there was not a lot of new stuff inside the suite (like we had with versions 9 or 10, for example). Others might give you a different opinion.
If you had version 9, 10 or 11 or older than 9 I would suggest you upgrade to X3 no doubt. Go doing some shopping. But if you already have version 12, it will do fine, its a great version. Maybe wait for the next version. I think X3 is a really nice version, so for those older than 12 go shop.
There's a a hundred of differences between CGS 12 and CorelDRAW X3

I have access to corel 12 learning software but I have installed corel X3. Should I go and buy the X3 software to learn it instead of the 12. And is X3 mean 13 (lol - I know that sounds crazy - better safe than sorry).
