It looks like I've lost VBA in Corel after uninstalling some other applications (other companies). Don't know why it turned like this but it's the only reason I get on my mind yet.
Nevertheless, my question is - how to reinstall VBA from Corel DRAW installation CD? The prompt in Corel DRAW actually says that VBA is unavailable and I should choose custom installation from the menu but there is no VBA package option. Thank you in advance for any ideas!

That is possibly a good sign. A missing shared DLL will tell other programs that a facility is already installed, so that they do not install it again. But if the DLL is missing, then the facility will not actually be available.
So I suggest you ask cCleaner to "fix all" of the problems. It will ask if you want to save the registry changes (probably a good idea, though I've never had to undo cCleaner changes) and then you can select "Fix All" to apply them all.
It is usually then advisable to repeat the registry check -- sometimes you need to repeat it 3 or 4 times, until finally if shows no errors (or, unusually, the same errors keep repeating and never fix).
Now with the registry properly cleaned, you can try reinstalling X3 and maybe this time VBA will install properly.
