I need some advice on preparing a file for litho printing - Currently all vector work are in shades of black - 100%K , 30% K etc....and all Bitmaps are Grayscale.
My client wants everything to be printed in his pantone blue. How do I get the photo's in tones of the same pantone? Is there any way to fill an object with 10% of a pantone colour - as you can do with CMYK colours?

I dont quite understand. Let me see, your client wants the pantone colour printed, I dont think you need to change the colour in your document if you are doing offset printing. If everything is in black or shades of black then i dont see any problems there. You just have to make your black plate and use his pantone blue ink when printing. If thats what your are looking for.
Thanks very much, that's all I needed to know - it's a great relief not having to change everything again. I have asked the printer this morning whether I could keep everything the same and they haven't replied yet. You have been of great help!
