Let me start by saying I am not an expert and I apologize if this is sounds like a beginner question. I am designing an image that is about 30" x 20". I have used the contour tool to place a contour around the object that is similar to an outline. Everything looks great. The trouble is when I try to shrink the image down to fit on an 8.5 x 11 paper for easy export and emailing. The contour does not scale with the object. I know that when using the outline tool there is a box to check for "Scale with object". Is there some way to this with the contour tool?
You might try making a copy of the document, and then "breaking apart" the Contour so that it is regular objects (that will scale better for you) instead of an effect.
