I would like to try if i can combine pictures from my camera in Corel Photo-Paint.
My camera's takes - when enabling bracketing - a serie of 3 different pictures of the same object. These 3 pictures i want to merge.
I can not find in which menu/option of Photopaint i can do this. I searched on terms like Photomerge, stitching etc but can't find this option.
Where in the menu's can i do this ? And are there tutorials available?
I use a Dutch version of Photopaint but can try to translate menuoptionnames
Thank you all.
I use CD x8.
When searching Corel help for CorelPhotopaint for "stack" i get these results. Not sure about these results. When knowing a tutorial would be great.
Yes, my camera makes 3 pictures, two of them of 1 of 2 stops higher and lower.
In my Corel x8 i have no transparency-option under objects. It would be great if your could show a printscreen of where to find it.
Wait, do you mean this option? product.corel.com/.../wwhelp.htm
I no longer have X8 loaded and will need to make sure the steps to get a multi-object files is the same. I believe my wife has X8 if she'll let me touch her laptop.
Most HDR programs (AfterShot 3 HDR included) give the option to apply tone mapping or exposure fusion (it has a variety of names), not true HDR, to a set of bracketed images. If you don't want to use AfterShot HDR (which you should already have) then you could look at NikCollection HDR which is a relatively cheap alternative.
Unfortunately PhotoPaint doesn't have this ability built in, but Nik HDR used to work as a plugin for PP. It's been taken over by DXO now, so I don't know if this is still true (I have an older version).
Here's an article on exposure fusion: digital-photography-school.com/.../
Great link Roy they have a book on natural light photography, thanks.
