Model-Layout concept like AutoCAD for Designer X5

as a suggestion for a new Designer X5 version a layout-model concept like AutoCAD would be great. I am visualizing floorplans of whole buildings, and need very often only parts of this "masterplan" in my drawing. These parts should be as large as possible, and sometimes they have to be rotated. The most important point is, that every change in this "masterplan" should be visible in my smaller plans (and the rotated ones), thus I (hopefully) have to edit only the masterplan and no other plan.

I have thought about a the following workflow:

1. Draw the Masterplan with different layers (like the model-space in ACAD)
2. Select a region (with a polyline or similar) which should occur in the "detail plan"
3. Create a new page (like the layout in ACAD) and "paste" the selected area there
4. Resize and rotate the detail-plan and add further layers (only for this page)
5. Edits done in the masterplan (e.g. adding a door, wall or windows) should occure also in the detail plan (also when it's rotated or resized).
