Yes, I know Ventura 8 isn't going to run on Wondows 7 satisfactorily (neither does Ventura 10, from what I gathered). I am having to run VP8 in a VM and while that is marginally acceptable...no problems except inconvenience...I wish I didn't.
So...my question is...is there any program that will convert .vp files into something that is compatible with other more viable desktop publishing software? I'd just like the formatting and the embedded photos and illustrations to be preserve (of course, now that I think of it what other DP accepts cdr's? or even cmx's?)
I've been running V10 under Win7 Pro in the office since November. It's fine. The only issue I've encountered is the one about OTF fonts, which I was prepared for.
