So my team has 3 subs to CorelDraw Graphics Suite and we've just received the email with our new product key for 2019, all 3 of us install CorelDraw graphic suite 2019 yet only 1 of use has a fully working graphics suite.

Laptop 2:
Laptops 3:
In summary 1 laptop is working fine, laptop 2 Photo-Paint only opens if Run as Administrator and laptop 3 Photo-Paint refuses to open and the user is using 2018 instead.
Has anyone else seen this issue, is there a workaround we can try?
Thank you for your time
Alex
Hi Alex,
The two systems where Corel PHOTO-PAINT does not launch are using which Windows OS? Also is the Windows OS 32bit or 64 bit? Can you make sure you have all the latest windows update, reboot your laptop and then launch Corel PHOTO-PAINT again? If you press the F8 key, open Corel PHOTO-PAINT a message will ask, " Are you sure you want to overwrite the current workpace..." Click yes, does this help? Please answer all the questions I asked and we can go from there... Thank you.
Hi Stephan
We are all on 64bit Windows 10 Enterprise, build 17763.379. The F8 on clicking Corel Photo-Paint did the trick, does that mean we have to stick to the default workspace?
Alex,
So, just to be clear PP did not launch because you had imported a workspace? Normally you should be able to switch workspaces without a problem.
Correct, that appears to be the cause of the problem, I had imported my 2018 PP workspace into 2019 no problem at all. I then exported the new 2019 version of the PP workspace for my team to use. They imported the 2019 workspace and all worked fine until next day when they tried to open PP.
So thanks to you, we got back in to PP with the F8 trick, and this time they imported their own 2018 PP workspaces into their 2019 PP and all is working fine.
CorelDraw on the other hand had no such issues, it was fine using the imported workspace.
Thank you for the update Alex, I really appreciate it.
