Since the corelsuite 2022 aplications stopped working, i unistalled and try to re-install ... no result. the problems remain.
I am having the same issue - this post herecorel-draw-2022-crashes-on-startup
THe reply from support was :• Go to Start • Click Run • Type %appdata% and press Enter • Open the Corel folder • Right-click the Database and choose Rename • Change the name to Database.old • Hold down the F8 key on the keyboard. • With the F8 key depressed, launch Corel Font Manager. • The following message will appear: • Are you sure you want to overwrite the workspace with the factory defaults? • Click Yes and release the F8 key. to do that quicker, run %appdata%\corel
and change that database directory to another name (you will have to do that each time after you use corelfontmanager).
I suppose they will have to fix the bug.
Thanks, I will give it a try.
Didin't work for me.
Hello, I am not actually on the Customer Support Services team (I am in Quality Assurance), but I may be able to help. To those experiencing this issue...Have you reached out to the Customer Support Services team yet? If so, do you have a ticket number for reference? I believe this may be the result of corrupt user messages on the system. After performing the steps below, you will be prompted to sign in with the user account email and password associated with the serial number used for installation, so please have those handy. If you do not have the user account email and password, I will need to get you in touch with Customer Support Services, as they have the tools to be able to assist you. To remove the corrupt user messages, please rename the users Messages folder (%appdata%, eg C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Corel\Messages). I would ask that you rename the folder (eg \Messages to \Messages_old), rather than delete it. If these steps do not work, I would need you to send me the contents of this folder for review. Please let me know your results. Sharon
