Our business uses google workspace. I've created a folder holding all our fonts & shared that folder with collegues.
A collegue can access the folder without an issue. Corel Font Manager doesn't appear to be able to (I can add the folder but it doesn't recognize that any fonts exist in that folder).
Does anyone have a different cloud based solution that works for them? Or better yet is anyone using google workspace successfully?
Thanks.

Hi I've found a workaround/solution that works for me in windows 10. I've used symbolic folder links. This allows to save all fonts in google drive & have a folder in windows that points to that google drive folder. Corel Font Manager recognizes the folder.
How to Geek has a good explanation on symbolic links. I tried to paste a link to it here in the forum but it was marked as spam.
How many font files do you have? When you access the fonts from Google drive how fast is it? Can I assume that when you use fonts you're installing them?
Hi David, about 20000 fonts. Doing it via the symbolic link doesn't appear to be any slower than usual. No I don't install my fonts to the system. Cheers Tom
Thanks for the reply good information to know.
Now a question. Since you don't install the fonts in Windows what do you do to show and edit files on location without an internet connection?
We don't do any editing offsite... :(
Thanks for the reply.
