Corel Draw 13 needs authentication when launch in Win 10 Pro

After installed Corel Draw 13 to Windows 10 Pro, it prompted up for login ID and password.  Login ID and password created but not recognized when entered. Any idea?  It would not ask when using in Window 7 Pro.
