Installation problem, when I try to repair with the installer, command buttons disappear to continue installing the same happens if I want to delete or modify the software.

Sharon, i don´t remember to have did any change in my system, i remember a automatic update by corel draw, downloading something, after my system was freezed and i had to do a reboot to my pc.
Since this day coreldraw don't work anymore, i decide uninstall it, but i couldn´t uninstall it and i create this post in your forum.
Before, when i opened coreldraw, the welcome window disappeared, the menus and command keys didn't work, i opened directly my works, doing click in the icon file.

It is possible there is something on your system, such as a virus scanner, security software or malware program or perhaps, that is preventing the JavaScripts in the installer from running.
Do you have a virus scanner, security software or malware program running?
